Screen Printing

ASADA MESHs Products for Screen Printing are categorized as Standard, Hardmesh, Supermesh, 3D-mesh and Ultra-Hard mesh. They have their own mesh count, wire diameter, thickness, strength so that it can be selected depending on customers’ needs or printing applications.

BS MESH

Using 25% higher tensile strength than standard SUS304, Standard-BS is our standard product which is adopted for wide use such as 100 micron fine line or thin deposit printing for MLCC.
It is also used for sieving and filtration industries.

HARDMESH

MS-Hardmesh is woven with 30% higher tensile strength wires than BS-Standard to meet Screen Printing demands such as high dimensional accuracy and screen mask longevity.

We were successful in developing 640 or 730 mesh, which are mainly used in MLCC industries. It is also appropriate for fine line printing and used for drawing 30 micron electrode lines in Touch Panel application

SUPERMESH

By using stainless steel wires of 3 times higher strength than BS with low elongation, wires are woven at an open It’s “ratio” of 60%. It is appropriate for solder bump or paste dropping printing.

ULTRA HARD MESH

Tensile strength of Supermesh HS-D is over 3 times greater than BS- Standard.
Produces more stable and dimentional accurate print plus it has an expected longevity of 2X-3X of convertional meshes.

It is precisely woven with wire 3 times stronger than what has been used before, and has an opening rate of 40%, making it exceptionally strong under stress.

3D MESH

By weaving flexible wire through super strong wire, we have made a unique mesh that is 4 to 5 times thicker than other mesh. Solidmesh, as it is called, is ideal for thicker screen printing.
